The General Meeting will be held at the Woody Point Memorial Hall, corner of Oxley Avenue and Hornibrook Esplanade, starting at 2pm. Afternoon tea will be provided. Please book for bus pickup. If using own transport book for catering purposes. Wheelchair/Scooter Friendly Cost $5 for all

Lyell Deer Sanctuary

Lyell Deer Sanctuary is home to a small herd of rescued deer. Their passion is to rescue and provide a safe haven for orphaned, injured and displaced deer in Australia. They also have goats, cows, chickens, guinea pigs and peacocks which you can sit with and cuddle. Enjoy hand feeding the deer and many other animals. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a hat and drink bottle. They do sell cold drinks and ice blocks. Cost includes Bus, admission, morning tea supplied by RCB and lunch at the Clear Mountain Lodge. Butterfly House

The Butterfly House is a magical destination and a safe sanctuary for butterflies. Butterflies like bright colours such as red so if you wear a colourful shirt and hat and you just might have a close encounter with a butterfly. The Butterfly House has a gold coin self-serve tea/coffee machine ($3) plus water ($1 a bottle). No other food or drink facilities. Don’t forget your hat and drink bottle. Cost includes Bus, admission and lunch at the Bribie Island RSL. Wheelchair & Scooter Friendly. Member Cost $55/ Funded Member Cost $40

Overnighter Kingaroy

Come and enjoy an overnight stay in Kingaroy and visit the Kingaroy Observatory which is something well worth doing. Even though it is only an overnighter our days will be packed with lots to see. Lindmar Gardens

Lindmar Gardens located in Morayfield is a beautifully presented acreage garden where curving pathways take you past raised beds of tropical and subtropical plants, an established rainforest and shady seating areas. Enjoy the colour and patterns of the flowering bromeliads, coleus and euphorbias as you stroll through the detailed garden. You will find quirky garden features and furniture in each garden area. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a hat and drink bottle. Cost incudes Bus, admission, morning tea supplied by RCB and lunch at The Mill Restaurant at the Caboolture Sports Club. Clydesdale Spectacular

Showcasing the gentle giants of the horse world - majestic Clydesdales – recognised in Australia as the breed that built the nation. The program also features rare trade demonstrations that focus around “the heavy horse” - harness making, blacksmithing, wheelwrights, whip plaiting, whip cracking, the World Billy Boiling Championships, wood chopping, working dog displays, Friesian Horse Troupe performances and bush poetry. The event also includes pipes and drums, Calling of the Clans and traditional Scottish Caber tossing. A fun and interesting day out. Morning tea and lunch at member’s expense. Cost includes Bus and admission to the spectacular. Wheelchair & Scooter NOT suitable. Member Cost $50/ Funded Member Cost $30
