Redcliffe Community Bus (RCB) has a small dedicated group of four paid office staff that oversee the day to day running of RCB’s operations including liaising with members, trip bookings, maintenance and complying with all relevant legislation.
Caroline’s role is to liaise with members, venues, organising trips and buses as well as oversight of RCB’s database and keeping trip records. Caroline can also discuss with members information about My Aged Care and funding options members may be eligible for.
Maree is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of RCB and its services and to assist the Management Committee to achieve the strategic directions identified. Maree also ensures RCB meets its obligations to members, stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Gail’s role is to liaise with members regarding their bookings for trips on the telephone and when they visit the office.
Alice’s role is to oversee management of RCB’s current fleet of 5 buses and coordination of rosters as well as driver and helper training.
