Key Personnel
Redcliffe Community Bus (RCB) has a small dedicated group of four paid office staff that oversee the day to day running of RCB’s operations including liaising with members, trip bookings, maintenance and complying with all relevant legislation.
Client Services Officer
Kate Harding
Kate’s role is to liaise with members, venues, organising trips and buses as well as oversight of RCB’s database and keeping trip records. Kate can also discuss with members information about My Aged Care and funding options members may be eligible for.
Business Manager
Alice Berge
Alice is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of RCB and its services and to assist the Management Committee to achieve the strategic directions identified. Alice also ensures RCB meets its obligations to members, stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Trip Services Officer
Emily Brady
Emily’s role is to liaise with members regarding their bookings for upcoming trips on the telephone and when they visit the office.
Transport Coordinator
Alanna Simonis
Alanna’s role is to oversee management of RCB’s current fleet of 6 buses and the coordination of rosters as well as driver and helper training.
