The International Cake & Cookie show has been relocated to the Brisbane Exhibition and Cultural Centre in Hall 2. This is going to be a bigger and better venue than last year.
This show is held annually and is Australia’s largest cake, cookie, baking and sugar art show. It’s a fun filled friendly event spread over 3 days. Nowhere in Australia will you find so many Australian and global sugar superstars in the same place at the same time. The International Cake Show showcases all forms of unbelievable sweet edible art including huge mind blowing sugar features. Don’t miss the huge new walk-through sugar feature, the “Sweet House of Horror”. Australia’s largest competition display, and all vendor exhibits, shops, café and live shows. Eumundi Markets is a vibrant mecca for visitors and a shopping haven if your looking for something different. It’s a collaboration of many talented people seeking to sell their wares. It’s the originality and uniqueness that has customers coming back time after time.It opened it’s doors to the public March 24, 1979, with just eight visitors. Today it welcomes more than 1.6 million people who come to shop at over 600 stalls every year. This will approximately be a 3 hour visit. Lunch will be at member’s expense.
