Coucals of Mount Crosby is a private hillside garden of four acres. A variety of “rooms” have been created (using local sandstone) at different levels linked by meandering paths, with seats and gazebos to sit and enjoy the view. The Beenleigh Rum Distillery, established in 1884,is a heritage-listed distillery. The original rum was created here before even Coca Cola was invented. A tour will take in the history and processes that are used to make this truly Australian rum. Lunch will be at Beenleigh Sports Club. Cost includes bus, tour, tasting and lunch. There is no other zoo like Australia Zoo. Over 1200 animals. Morning tea/lunch at your own expense. However, you do have the options to bring your own lunch/drinks BUT NO GLASS.
