Coucals of Mount Crosby is a private hillside garden of four acres. A variety of “rooms” have been created (using local sandstone) at different levels linked by meandering paths, with seats and gazebos to sit and enjoy the view. There is no other zoo like Australia Zoo. Over 1200 animals. Morning tea/lunch at your own expense. However, you do have the options to bring your own lunch/drinks BUT NO GLASS. For over 16 years, identical twins, Paula and Bridgette, have been rescuing and treating pelicans and sea birds. We will have a guided tour through their rehabilitation facility on the Sunshine Coast to learn more of the work being done to save our beautiful sea birds.
