Redcliffe Museum & Art Gallery

Redcliffe Museum offers a unique and contemporary look at the people, places, significant moments and stories that have shaped this historical seaside. Exhibition on “Births, Deaths and Marriages”- major life events. How we view and mark them has been shaped by customs, changing fashions, social influences, and world events. From how WW1 changed mourning practices, to the meaning of silver baby gifts, the exhibition will shed light on the rituals, traditions and beliefs behind the experiences we all share.
The Redcliffe Art Gallery will have two exhibitions on – “Wish You Were Here” – a solo exhibition by Kellie O’Dempsey and “Interfacial Intimacy’ – self-portraiture from Tasmania. Cost includes Bus, Museum, Gallery and lunch afterwards at the Captain Cook Tavern. Wheelchair & Scooter Friendly. Member Cost $30/ Funded Member Cost $25
